Restaurant Avocado Gang in Prague by Mimosa architekti

Czech firm Mimosa architekti has designed Avocado Gang, the first “avocado” restaurant in Prague. The intense colour of the avocado and food made here inspired the venue’s interior design, with the multicoloured dining table standing in the middle underscored by the shades of grey in the rest of the restaurant.

Kolby Wine Bar in Prague by CMC Architects

CMC Architects has designed Kolby Wine Bar in Prague. All the wine made at the Kolby vineyards in Moravia can be bought here or enjoyed on the spot paired with some culinary delights. And it’s all on display in a compact area of only 59-square metres inside the Rutonka office complex.

Cino Zucchi Architetti and RGAstudio - Bistrot Lavazza in Turin

One year later, we return to the Nuvola Lavazza, the project in Turin’s Aurora district that transformed the site of a former power plant into the modern new headquarters of the famous Italian coffee company. Here, we look at one of the projects that, along with company offices and the Lavazza Museum, completes the offer for Lavazza associates: Bistrot, the new restaurant/café, a project created by Cino Zucchi Architetti and RGAstudio.

Masquespacio designs the third Kento sushi bar in Valencia

Masquespacio, the Spanish creative consultancy established by Ana Milena Hernandéz Palacios and Christophe Penasse have designed the third venue in Valencia, Spain for Kento, the oriental food chain founded by Eduardo Hijlkema, specialising in sushi and Japanese cuisine.
