Winners of the first three editions of the Next Landmark Floornature International Architecture Contest

Only a few days left now to participate in the fourth edition of the Next Landmark Floornature International Architecture Contest, the international competition initiated by Floornature which gives visibility to the new generation of architects and photographers of architects. For this week's best of week we'll take another look at the winners of the first three editions.



Winners of the first three editions of the Next Landmark Floornature International Architecture Contest
12th September is the deadline for participating in the Next Landmark Floornature International Architecture Contest,the international competition initiated by Floornature and now in its fourth edition. Here we re-announce the winners of the first three editions.

The winner of the First Work section of the first edition of Next Landmark 2012 was Kevin Erickson with his project Rope Pavilion,

mentioned: Estudio LT - Wine cellar home;
Olga  Felip Ordis - Cultural center.

The winner of the Research section was Elisa Minari with “Habitachao para todos”,
mentioned: Kuan Wang - Exhibition center of Otog;
Matteo Battistini - Blovstrød town district;
Mauro Barrio - Sed. The water factory.


Starting from 2013, the contest adds a new section dedicated to the photography of architecture.
The winners:
Sezione Opera Prima: Shoko Murakaji residence on the island of Iriomote, Japan;
mentioned: Giorgi Khmaladze Petrol Station in Batumi (Georgia)
Michiya Tsukano House T in Miyazaki (Japan)

Research section: Nataly Abramova (Russia);
mentioned: Aries Cheng (Hong Kong);
Gabrielle Phillips (Australia).

Photograhy section: Hugo Soo (Canada),
mentioned: Pedro Gabriel (Portugal),
Marco Fogarolo (taly).

In 2014 In 2014 the First Work section changed its name to become Next Landmark Of The Year and the winner was the Casa Esse project by architect Michele Vasumini (Ellevuelle Architetti), Italy. The project by architect Román Cordero (Mexico),  (Mexico) won the Research section and the Photography section by the photographer Mariela Apollonio (Spain) with The Art Circle.
