Iosa Ghini Associati interior design of the Brickell Flatiron in Miami

Miami’s tallest residential skyscraper, the Brickell Flatiron, has an Italian heart: the interiors of the spacious luxury residences with top quality furnishings and finishes are designed by Italian architect Massimo Iosa Ghini’s studio, Iosa Ghini Associati. The building designed by architect Luis O. Revuelta contains 549 residential units and a spa on the top floor, the 64th, suspended 224 metres above the ground. The building’s curved shapes translate into spacious floor plans for the residences, which include apartments with 1 to 5 bedrooms, penthouses and townhomes.

Tectône housing development – Architectes Urbanistes in Ile de Nantes

French studio Tectône, working in partnership with Tact Architectes, has designed a housing development on the western side of Ile de Nantes composed of three compact buildings 4, 6 and 12 storeys high, covered with pale brick and intersecting in a way that creates numerous common spaces. The housing development contains a total of 100 apartments of different sizes designed for different purposes, including 15 co-housing apartments which were designed in collaboration with their future inhabitants right from the start.

Parisian firm SOA Architectes has designed a new multipurpose building in the heart of the 13th arrondissement of the French capital. The building contains 75 residential units, a kindergarten and, on the lower floors, “La Fab.”, which the architecture firm itself has also designed as an interior for agnès b., a stylist, patron and collector who has spent many years supporting artistic creation in all its forms. Her initiatives are also aimed towards social solidarity and safeguarding the environment, and SOA Architectes’ design has provided a home for all of the patron’s various activities under one roof.
