Cosmos Architecture Residential Skyscraper in Riyadh

Cosmos Architecture unveiled the design of a residential skyscraper built for the city of Riyadh, capital of Saudi Arabia. The Mawten Residence will be a complex of as many as 260 apartments. The project has been implemented with respect for the city's cultural heritage and context, with the intention of offering guidelines for the regeneration of the neighbourhood in which it will be built.

Giorgia Dennerlein Loto Ad Project Valle Giulia rationalist residential interior with pop elements

In Rome, in the elegant Parioli district, architect Giorgia Dennerlein and her studio Loto Ad Project have designed the interior of a private residence in a 1950s building. In the 260 square metre flat, the architect has redefined the rooms by expanding the available space. A number of brightly coloured pop furnishings have been included as breaking elements in the rationalist style that governs this residential interior.

Giovanni Vaccarini Architetti Riviera 107 Pescara

Architect Giovanni Vaccarini has revisited the theme of the Adriatic "palazzina" (apartment building) for Riviera 107, an elegant residential development built on the seafront of the city of Pescara. The short film The Living Section, produced by The Piranesi Experience and directed by Fabio Paolucci, was recently presented, featuring architect Giovanni Vaccarini himself leading the viewer to discover his project.
