Luca Gnizio‘s Forsoultree sculpture for reconnecting with nature
Eco-social artist Luca Gnizio transformed a fallen tree in Fiesole’s Monte Ceceri Monumental Park into a circular artwork. True to the principle of the three „R’s“, reduce - reuse – recycle, Forsoultree is a sculpture that invites people to enter into contact with nature in the womb of a tree.

IAAC builds FLORA, an observatory in the Barcelona forest
FLORA, an acronym for Forest Lab for Observational Research and Analysis, is a facility in the Collserola Natural Park (Barcelona) developed by a team of students and researchers from IAAC's Master’s in Advanced Ecological Buildings and Biocities (MAEBB). Built from sustainable, locally-sourced materials, it allows researchers to monitor the forest from within.

Sustainable transformation, D525 Barcelona designed by Sanzpont Arquitectura
D525 Barcelona is an office building located in Barcelona, the result of the conversion of a condominium dating back to the 1970s. The project was designed by Sanzpont Arquitectura, with the aim of reducing the environmental impact of the architectural gesture thanks to a sustainable renovation of the existing structure.

Award-winning studio ADDP Architects of Singapore has completed The Seaside Residences, a complex incorporating 841 residential units and two retail spaces in four 27-storey towers. The project reconciles seaside living with urban density in a highly sustainable project.
