The designers from the Munden Fry Landscape Associates - MFLA studio have created, in collaboration with Piechota Architecture, the only "zero net water and energy" winery in the USA with the Alexander Valley Silver Oak Winery in California. The Silver Oak Winery has obtained both the LEED Platinum and Living Building Challenge certifications.

Transformation in San Francisco by Buttrick Projects Architecture+Design
The Oakland-based Buttrick Projects Architecture+Design firm has designed the transformation of a multi-residential structure in San Francisco, known as the Filbert Cottages. The pre-existing structures dating back to the busy construction period that followed the devastating 1906 earthquake, have been recovered with technically updated and contemporary details and architectural elements.

THISS at the Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism
The British architecture firm THISS, founded by architects Tamsin Hanke and Sash Scott, is present at the Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism 2021 (SBAU) with the Resilient Monument project. The installation in the Cities section of the SBAU investigates the meaning of monuments, examined from the point of view of resilience.

The project was designed by Sanzpont Arquitectura, with the aim of reducing the environmental impact of the architectural gesture thanks to a sustainable renovation of the existing structure.
