D525 Barcelona is an office building located in Barcelona, the result of the conversion of a condominium dating back to the 1970s. The project was designed by Sanzpont Arquitectura, with the aim of reducing the environmental impact of the architectural gesture thanks to a sustainable renovation of the existing structure.

Award-winning studio ADDP Architects of Singapore has completed The Seaside Residences, a complex incorporating 841 residential units and two retail spaces in four 27-storey towers. The project reconciles seaside living with urban density in a highly sustainable project.

The Canadian firm L'Abri has built the Saltbox Passive House near Montreal. This family home has received LEED Platinum and PHIUS 2018+ certifications from the Passive House Institute US, becoming the third house in Quebec to obtain passive house certification.
