Arte Charpentier Architectes has refurbished a building that it had designed in the early 1990s. This project has made it possible to bring the building out of its self-imposed isolation and reconnect it with the city, setting up a renewed relationship with the environment around it.

The Quayside is a mixed-use development in the heart of Kowloon East, Hong Kong’s CBD2. CL3 Architects created the interior design with a sustainable vision that extends to social aspects and has resulted in a real green oasis with LEED Platinum certification.

CLOU Architects completed the new Shoukai Vanke Centre in Beijing’s Daxing district. It is an extensive, mixed-use development with a shopping mall, office tower and hotel. It has been designed with a focus on outdoor spaces, integral elements of this iconic architecture.

The international design firm KCAP has designed the latest destination for The Student Hotel in Delft, The Netherlands. The building located centrally near the Nieuw Delft Intercity train station is a new meeting place in town where people can stay, work and study-and it received ‘BREEAM Very Good’ certification too.

The KilometroVerdeParma project was launched in 2015 by a group of people and based on an idea: to create a tree-lined corridor along the 11 kilometres of the A1 motorway that crosses Parma to redevelop the environment of one of the busiest stretches of motorway in Europe.
