SpazioFMG: new magazines, social networks and the new media

SpazioFMGperl'Architettura, Iris Ceramica and FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti’s gallery in Milan, operated by Floornature, has been renewed ready to host the events leading up to Expo 2015.
The exhibition focusing on the winners of the Next Landmark contest kicks off a packed calendar of events planned by the gallery’s artistic director, architect Luca Molinari, and organised by the editors of Floornature with architect Paolo Schianchi, SpazioFMG gallery manager since January 2014.

IFMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti and Iris Ceramica are committed to putting SpazioFMG at the service of architecture and designers, an idea which is given concrete form in the first meeting of the new season, a seminar organised by SpazioFMG in collaboration with the Order of Architects of Forlì-Cesena entitled "Comunicare architettura e design oggi: nuove riviste, social network e new media. Visita alla mostra Next Landmark 2014" (“Communicating about architecture and design today: new magazines, social networks and the new media. A tour of the Next Landmark 2014 exhibition”).

The seminar will focus on architecture communications in today’s world, and architects Luca Molinari and Paolo Schianchi will focus on the theme of "Communicating about architecture and design today: new magazines, social networks and the new media”. This will be followed by Photography and Architecture: a discussion by Angelo Maggi and Mariela Apollonio (winner of the prize for photography in the Next Landmark 2014 contest). Also in relation to the Next Landmark contest, Luca Molinari will present studio Ellevuelle, winner of the 2014 “Next Landmark contest, new contemporary architects in comparison”, followed by a guided tour of the Next Landmark 2014 exhibition.
