EXPO Dubai 2020, itinerary and exhibition spaces of the Spanish Pavilion
The itinerary and the exhibition spaces entitled “Intelligence for Life” of the Spanish Pavilion at EXPO Dubai 2020 are curated by Italian architect Carmelo Zappulla, founder and director of the External Reference firm, together with the Onionlab multidisciplinary studio. An artificial forest that produces oxygen and an immersive reality that allows us to understand our environmental impact.

The Sun Machine is Coming Down Event at the ICC Berlin
Thanks to an event, The Sun Machine is Coming Down, the International Congress Centrum Berlin (ICC), which has been closed for several years, is brought back to the centre of public interest with performances, art, music, films and installations. The Berliner Festspiele's 70th anniversary initiative runs from 7 to 17 October and provides an opportunity to explore the architectural icon, the fate of which is still uncertain.

The exhibition entitled "Contested Modernities. Postcolonial Architecture in Southeast Asia" and presented at the Haus der Statistik in Berlin explores modernism in Southeast Asia. In Montreal, vacant shops become studios for emerging artists
Thanks to the Créer des Ponts ("Building Bridges") project, created through the alliance between the downtown commercial real estate community and representatives of the Canadian city’s vibrant visual arts ecosystem, 30 vacant retail spaces in 22 buildings in Montreal’s city centre have recently become art studios for 60 emerging artists.

Venice Biennale, UK pavilion presents The Garden of Privatised Delights
"How will we live together" â' the theme of the 17th International Architecture Exhibition, La Biennale di Venezia â' inspired the curators of the British pavilion, Manijeh Verghese and Madeleine Kessler, to create The Garden of Privatised Delights. The exhibition explores the privatisation of public space in the UK today, while considering the role that design and architecture can play in supporting a more inclusive future.
