Biennale of Venice 2016. Exhibition - Time Space Existence Palazzo Mora is part of the 15th International Architecture Exhibition - Venice Biennale and is one of the three locations of Time-Space-Existence, the exhibition organised by the GAA Foundation.

TIME-SPACE-EXISTENCE is the second exhibition of the European Cultural Centre created in 2014. A platform for architects and photographers that in three historical Venetian buildings - Palazzo Mora, Palazzo Rossini and Palazzo Bembo - present that work and their research.

From world-renowned architecture firms at Palazzo Bembo like Peter Eisenmann and WOHA Singapore,  - stay tuned for our exclusive interview, coming soon - to smaller firms with excellent design qualities, like WY-TO with PODS and their
Living-Shelter or Ruinelli Associati at Palazzo Mora, just to name a few.

Photographers are being showcased for the first time, in line with our image-dominated world. The twenty selected photographers include Ricardo Oliveira Alves, , prominent Portuguese architecture photographer (link) exhibiting two large size works: the  St. Peter’s Basilica and Casa in Colares II, Sintra, by Frederico Valsassina Architects. Two completely different periods in time and subjects in order to go beyond the ephemeral nature of digital photography. Photographs where UV printing on Dibond is the perfect, timeless, post-web medium for developing your creativity, bringing it right into line culturally with the philosophy of webcreativity.

A visit to Palazzo Mora becomes an absolute discovery tour, filled with the architectural charm of this complex, where staircases, frescoed halls, small and large rooms, attics with exposed timber beams all come together to meet the thousand-year history of Venice, contemporary architecture and urban research. The result is an exhibition and narrative path where the space makes it easy to confuse your concept of time, just right to experience this exhibition whose thousand facets and keys of interpretation of architects and photographers reveals the criticality of the sources it explores: TIME-SPACE-EXISTENCE.
