RIBA London Award 2018 winner De Beauvoir Block in London is by UK architecture practice Henley Halebrown, who came up with new workspaces for creative businesses in this characteristic semi-industrial terrace, also adding a central external courtyard and rooftop studios.
Massimo Roj’s Milanese architectural studio Progetto CMR has come up with two interior design projects for offices with a strong brand identity: a smart office divided into a number of zones on two levels to contain the new BPM offices, and a welcoming open space office for SOBI Italia.
The Marseillaise, Jean Nouvel’s new building on the Marseille waterfront, opened at the end of October 2018. Its painted concrete facade contains about 30 different hues of blue, white and red, blending with the sky and the red roofs of the city.
