MosBuild 2014. More and more environmentally friendly.

The international building exhibition, MosBuild celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2014. One of the top five trade fairs in the world for the building industry, in collaboration with the Russian Green Building Council, it is focusing more and more on the environmental aspects of this sector.



Floornature.com, the international architecture, project and design portal is a member of Green Building Council Italia, is also media partner of this year’s MosBuild and will present the 20th edition of MosBuild directly from the Expocenter in Moscow.



The first part, MosBuild Building and Interiors, opens from 1 to 4 April 2014, followed by Cersanex from 15 to 18 April.



Green initiatives are being fostered in the 2014 show, starting on the first day with the 3E Forum for Russian and European specialists to discuss and debate the issues of ecology, energy and efficiency (the 3 Es).



Applications are open until 28 February to enter the e3Awards – the2^nd International Environmental Award in the field of Building and Decorating Materials – supported by the Green Standards Eco-Certification Centre. The awards are open to businesses and organisations that have developed sustainable products for the building industry.



Expectations are also high for the Russian – US Round Table for Green Building on 2 April: “Cradle-to-Cradle” programmes and the 2030 Challenge will be discussed. The Russian Green Building Council is a partner of the Green Building Alliance, one of the oldest chapters of the USGBC.
