Deshaus: Qingpu Youth Center in Shanghai
The architecture of the Qingpu Youth Centre in Shanghai could be interpreted as the scale model of one the old neighbourhoods of the metropolis, which no longer exist in the new urban planning east of the city. Atelier Deshaus examined the relationship between old and contemporary and came up with its vision of the city in a work that focuses on young people.
