Park Associati designs People Hub office building in Assago

The new People Hub building, designed by Park Associati, expands the Milanofiori Nord masterplan and is one of the most important buildings of the so-called "cliff", a group of buildings that crown this urban development. From the north-west side, the building's minimalist façade resembles the bow of a ship, a blade of glass and steel that becomes the fulcrum of the architectural composition of the complex.

Park Associati

Filippo Pagliani and Michele Rossi, co-founders of Park Associati, are the guests of this appointment. The Milan-based firm, born in 2000 as a small group of collaborators, is currently represented by a large team and their interventions, focused initially on renovation of post-war buildings bearing the signature of famous architects, are actually embracing a wide range of sectors, from hybrid residential buildings, multifunctional retail spaces and restaurants to urban planning and interior design.

Research and development in architecture in Iris Ceramica Group events at Fuorisalone 2021

Fuorisalone 2021 week is here, and with it the packed calendar of events included in the Iris Ceramica Group’s "The New Dawn of Architecture" programme. September 7 and 9 will see the event “Innovare per competere: ricerca e sviluppo in architettura”, two events for young architects under 35 organised in partnership with The Plan magazine, while the event SEVENTYONEPERCENT will feature a meeting with designer Paolo Castelli on September 8.

The New Dawn of Architecture: Iris Ceramica Group at Fuorisalone 2021

The Iris Ceramica Group participates at Fuorisalone 2021 in Milan with a packed programme of workshops and meetings featuring prestigious names in architecture, design and furnishings. September 4 through 10, the Group’s Flagship Store in the very popular area between the Cathedral and Piazza Cordusio, right in the city centre, hosts an exhibition entitled "The New Dawn of Architecture". In a series of workshops, events and meetings, important architects and designers, such as architect Massimiliano Mandarini, designer Paolo Castelli, and studios Park Associati and Progetto CMR, discuss the future of the industry.

Filippo Pagliani and Michele Rossi for The Architects Series - A documentary on: Park Associati

After the pause imposed by the pandemic "The Architects Series", the docufilm series created by The Plan magazine for the Iris Ceramica Group, is finally returning. On June 10, the Park Associati Italian studio, founded by architects Filippo Pagliani and Michele Rossi, will be the protagonist of the first appointment of 2021. The seminar will begin at 6:00 pm and will be streamed live from the Iris Ceramica Group’s showroom in Milan. Participants can follow the event on the Iris Ceramica Group’s digital platform.

The Architects Series - A documentary on: Park Associati

2021 events continue with the Architects Series, the series dedicated to leading contemporary architectural firms. Taking center stage in the webinar on Thursday, 10 June is Park Associati with the “Design Beyond Scale” video screening and lecture by founders Filippo Pagliani and Michele Rossi. The event will take place at 6.00pm, live streamed direct from the Iris Ceramica Group showroom in Milan and involving company flagship stores in Berlin and London. Anyone interested can view the event online on the Iris Ceramica Group digital platform.

PARK Associati redesigns the Engie Headquarters building in the Bicocca district

PARK Associati planned the renovation of a building constructed in the early '80s in Milan’s Bicocca district, transforming it into a contemporary property by entirely redesigning the building and remodelling its volumes.

Japanese atmospheres of interior design and art in Milan

Two interior design projects by the Vudafieri-Saverino Partners and Park Associati studios evoke Japanese atmospheres in two spaces recently opened in Milan. Suggestions that at Fuorisalone were provided by the modern sculptural Totems of Nora di Cicco, likened to Haiku compositions dedicated to architecture.
