The large mirrored "bowl" designed by the MVRDV studio in the Museumspark has already become a popular city attraction, the second landmark created by the studio in its native city.

KCAP and Zecc Architecten design new Kade Noord residential complex in Zutphen

Dutch architectural firms KCAP and Zecc Architecten have completed the design for a new Kade Noord residential urbanisation in the Noorderhaven Zutphen development area, a town located about 30 km north-east of Arnhem. This sustainable district, conceived from the reconversion of an industrial area, develops around a large green courtyard inspired by the local landscape.

This explicit reference to the circular economy and the core business of a bank committed to ethical finance characterises all aspects of the project, which uses natural, sustainable materials even in the furniture.
