The art of ceramics is ready to face the challenges of the new millennium
Open until 15 April in the Iris Ceramica Group's Milan flagship store, the exhibition Ceramics: Neverending Artworks offers an opportunity to view a series of twenty-three ceramics designed by twelve great designers and artists. A vision of and reflection on the future accompany the opening of the closing event in the initiative, organised in partnership with Galleria Antonia Jannone Disegni di Architettura.

Triennale Milano, between new exhibitions and installations
From April 1, two new installations designed by two important masters of architecture, which have recently become part of the permanent collection of the Milanese institution, are on display in the Triennale Milano gardens, named after Giancarlo De Carlo: "Meuble Plus", a project for the support of refugees conceived by Yona Friedman and "Grande Milano", the chair designed by Italian architect Aldo Rossi in a 7:1 scale.

Park Associati designs People Hub office building in Assago
The new People Hub building, designed by Park Associati, expands the Milanofiori Nord masterplan and is one of the most important buildings of the so-called "cliff", a group of buildings that crown this urban development. From the north-west side, the building's minimalist façade resembles the bow of a ship, a blade of glass and steel that becomes the fulcrum of the architectural composition of the complex.

Marco Zanuso e Alessandro Mendini Design e Architettura exhibition
On March 7 ADI Design Museum opened an exhibition comparing two key figures in Italian design, Marco Zanuso and Alessandro Mendini. Two very different, even opposed figures who share the same empathy for things and the same ability to bridge the boundaries between disciplines, offering solutions crossing the borderline between design and architecture that are appropriate for today’s new mindsets and tastes.

The exhibition set up in the Group’s flagship store in Milan represents the dimensions of aesthetics, art and craftsmanship in ceramics through twenty-three selected works by prominent artists and designers.

Casa Lana and Ettore Sottsass. Struttura e colore exhibition at Triennale Milano
On December Triennale Milano opened a new exhibition hall on the first floor of the Palazzo dell'Arte and a new exhibition about the work of architect and designer Ettore Sottsass. The permanent exhibition in the hall contains a reconstructed interior from Casa Lana, a private residence Ettore Sottsass designed in Milan around the mid-1960s. The temporary exhibition “Ettore Sottsass. Struttura e colore (Ettore Sottsass. Structure and colour)” continues until 10 April 2022.
