OMA Faena Forum, Faena Bazaar and Park - Miami Beach
OMA’s project for the Faena District in Miami Beach was inaugurated recently. Three separate buildings, the Faena Forum, Faena Bazaar and Park, are linked by public spaces with views over the Atlantic Ocean offering the city a dynamic art, culture and design district.

Renzo Piano Building Workshop Columbia Manhattanville Campus
Two new buildings have been completed for Columbia University’s Manhattanville Campus on an abandoned industrial site on the island of Manhattan, New York. The Lenfest Center for the Arts and the Jerome L. Greene Science Center, designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, are due to open in the spring of 2017.

In France architecture is entering the classroom

Manuelle Gautrand Architecture Le Forum Saint Louis
“Le Forum”, a multipurpose sports and entertainment centre designed by Manuelle Gautrand Architecture, opened in February. The architects interpreted the need for the complex to fit into its surroundings and combine spaces of different sizes as a puzzle fitting together different volumes.
