Design synergy for Kingsbury Commons at Pease Park in Austin
The Kingsbury Commons project in Pease Park, the oldest park in Austin, Texas, is part of the Pease Park Vision Plan and gives a burst of energy to a forgotten corner of the area. The project is the result of the collaboration between Ten Eyck, landscape architect and prime consultant, Clayton Korte for the architecture and Mell Lawrence Architects for the Treescape structure.

Murray Legge designed the last pavilion in Little Tiger Chinese Immersion School in Austin, Texas. In accordance with the Land Development Code, the bungalow is inspired by the ’40’s style bungalows of the North Loop district and by the architecture of the early American one-room schools located in church buildings.

Balcones Residence Austin, renovation by Clayton & Little
Balcones Residence is a house in Austin, Texas originally designed by the modernist architect Roland Roessner, professor at the University of Texas during the latter half of the 1900s. The architects from local firm Clayton & Little completed a sensitive renovation that improves the environmental performance of this jewel of modernism, retaining as much of the home’s original character as possible.

Ennead Architects completed the new Engineering Education and Research Center (EERC) at the University of Texas in Austin in 2018. In partnership with the structural engineers of Jacobs Consultancy Inc., Ennead has built a complex centring around a glass atrium between two stone towers.
