TAMassociati and Pier Carlo Bontempi at FAB Castellarano

For the concluding event of the exhibition “Pier Carlo Bontempi: La provocazione più grande del mondo. Il Labirinto di Franco Maria Ricci e altre architetture” (Pier Carlo Bontempi: The biggest provocation in the world. The maze of Franco Maria Ricci and other architecture) on 10 December at  FAB Castellarano, Floornature has arranged a debate between Pier Carlo Bontempi and Raul Pantaleo from TAMassociati.



For the concluding event of the exhibition “Pier Carlo Bontempi: La provocazione più grande del mondo. Il Labirinto di Franco Maria Ricci e altre architetture” (Pier Carlo Bontempi: The biggest provocation in the world. The maze of Franco Maria Ricci and other architecture) Floornature, with Paolo Schianchi and Mara Corradi, has organised a debate going by the title “Quante architetture della tradizione?” (How much architecture is tied to tradition?). The topic is discussed by Pier Carlo Bontempi, whose architecture aspires to be applied art, with Raul Pantaleo from TAMassociati, known to the general public for their works completed for Emergency, and as the curating team of the Italy pavilion at the 2016 Architecture Biennale in Venice.





An evening to explore issues such as “social design” where TAMassociati are to the forefront at the international level. Since the 1990s, their firm, with offices in Venice, Bologna, Trieste and Paris blends civil and professional commitment, operating in the area of sustainable architecture, urban planning, landscape design, running participatory and educational processes, graphic design and social communication. 





This debate concludes the exhibition dedicated to the work of Pier Carlo Bontempi in the spaces of FAB Castellarano, the multifunctional showroom of Graniti Fiandre. Once again this company underscores its attention to crucial topical issues, from the environment to the social aspects of architecture.
