NATURE 04 | UNSTUDIO - MOTION MATTERS exhibition

10 of the most important projects by UNStudio, representing 25 years in the architecture profession, are on display at Maxxi to conclude the Nature series.
Before UNStudio, projects by Francesco Venezia, West8 and Alberto Campo Baeza were featured in the series organised by curator Pippo Ciorra for Maxxi, the National Museum of 21st Century Arts in Rome.

Nature 04 | UNStudio_Materia In Movimento | Motion Matters presents the Dutch studio’s architectural projects in an installation designed specifically for Maxxi.

A "magic box" combines a carefully studied exhibition route with skilful use of deformation through perspective to interact with visitors, fooling their perception and involving them in a dynamic spatial experience.
The projects on display are organised into five theme areas representing five basic principles of UNStudio’s architecture: Managing the void | Torsion | The Monolithic | Material dualism | Duration.
