Exhibition 5earths+1form, Triennale Milan

An exhibition was recently inaugurated at the Triennale DesignCafé in Milan: 5earths+1form - 5+1AA Alfonso Femia Gianluca Peluffo Danilo Trogu, la Casa dell'Arte.
In recent years, architects Alfonso Femia and Gianluca Peluffo, founders of 5+1AA, have worked with the artisan workshop "La Casa dell'Arte" of Danilo Trogu, artisan â?? artist, who specialises in creating works made from Albisola ceramic.

This exhibition shows a selection of ceramics made in recent years through the collaboration of the architecture practice and the artisan workshop. The displayed works document the research by 5+1AA Alfonso Femia and Gianluca Peluffo: to bring architecture and design in contact with artisanship.
The architects studied the "material consistency" of architecture, considered as "a body", and transposed their study into the production of objects that set up an intimate relationship and belonging with the place they are made and the tradition of their provenance.
