Norm Architects, a cabin in the Swedish forests

In Sweden, in the heart of a forest and near a small winter sports area, the Norm Architects studio has completed the renovation of a small traditional wood cabin. The project is an example of that sensory approach to architecture and design that the studio has developed and refined in their 15 years of activity and narrated in their recently published book Soft Minimal.

Among the vineyards of the Ästad Vingård winery in Sweden, Norm Architects designed the new ÄNG Michelin-starred restaurant. Much like a culinary experience that aims to engage all the senses, the interior design and wooden furniture by Japanese manufacturer Karimoku offer customers a thought-provoking interaction between architecture, food, wine, interiors and art.
