Alice Prin rest home by a+ Samuel Delmas in Paris
a+ Samuel Delmas has converted Broussais hospital south of Paris into a new rest home, Alice Prin. A number of hospital blocks with no particular architectural quality that had been added over the years were demolished to restore the original brick building, which a+ Samuel Delmas then completed with new volumes and a double skin of glass.

French studio B/NT has built a housing development in Paris. UNIK contains 160 residential units: 159 normal apartments plus one which is the first home in Europe to be designed specifically for people with Locked-In Syndrome.

InSpace Architecture Paris: social housing and family centre
InSpace puts Boulevard de la Villette in Paris back together with a social housing project inspired by the façades of the neighbourhood, built in the style of the Haussmann renovation, and by Oscar Niemeyer’s Communist Party Headquarters. InSpace has designed 14 social housing units and offices for the Paris PMI family centre.
