Architecture and design studio C comme C, founded in Paris by Carole Chuffart and Carole Vermont, recently completed an interior design project for Jeanne B restaurant in Montmartre (Paris).
The architects also worked on Jeanne A restaurant for the same client, entrepreneur Frédéric Hubig, and are currently working on renovation of Astier restaurant in the 11th arrondissement in Paris.

Carole Chuffart and Carole Vermont transformed a boutique in Rue Lepic, at the foot of Montmartre, into a little restaurant and food store with an interior design centring around a few simple elements inspired by the graphic and geometric motifs of the 1930’s.
The geometric motifs designed on the walls serve two functions: they are decorative but also have specific functions as containers for products, dividing walls for the staircase, etc.
The chosen colours, different hues of blue and green, dominate the outer façade and underline the furniture and decorations inside the restaurant. The architects use them in combination with white to give the walls a 3D look and make the restaurant look more spacious.
