bOb VAN REETH: ARCHITECT exhibition
In the exhibition which opened recently in Brussels, Bozar Architecture pays homage to Belgian architect bOb Van Reeth. The initiative celebrates the architect?s 70th birthday by examining 50 projects and looking back over the entire career of one of Belgium?s best-known architects.
The architect has had a prolific career, founding Architecten Werkgroep (AWG) in 1972 and working on a total of 678 projects, built and unbuilt.

The exhibition starts with his earliest projects during his student years and ends with recent works such as the Holocaust Museum which opened recently in Malines (Mechelen), Westvleteren Abbey, King Baudouin Stadium, etc.
The exhibition instructs the public about bOb Van Reeth?s approach to architecture and design, with a greater focus on unbuilt projects, represented through sketches, photographs, models and films.
