delboca&PARTNERS: Casa sul Parco, Fidenza

Casa sul Parco - 'the House on the Park' - designed by Milan-based architecture firm delboca&PARTNERS, in collaboration with architects Giovanni and Simona Rossi, is a complex of ten residential units with the "Passive House" energy certification. The project, constructed in Fidenza, in the province of Parma, extols the virtues of outdoor living and establishes a profound relationship with nature through a system of hanging gardens that continues seamlessly in the nearby public park. Greenery is used not as a means of adorning the building, but rather as an integral part of the design itself.

Federico Delrosso Teca House, a transparent retreat surrounded by nature

Architect Federico Delrosso transformed the reclamation of a little rural building in the splendid natural setting of the hills outside Biella into a homage to Philip Johnson’s Glass House. Teca House is a building which is rooted in the land it stands on and still displays signs of its past, but is ready to be used in new ways as a guesthouse, meeting room, or intimate retreat in which to read or practice yoga surrounded by nature.

COLLIDANIELARCHITETTO: eclectic interior design for VyTA Farnese in the historical centre of Rome

Right in the historical centre of Rome, in Piazza Farnese and just a stone's throw from Campo de’ Fiori, local firm COLLIDANIELARCHITETTO has completed the interior design of the new VyTA Farnese. An eclectic and experimental transformation of a historic Roman venue, Caffè Farnese, the location of meetings of minds and enlightened characters. The project combines the idea of the traditional Italian-style bar with a contemporary design, giving rise to a space which invites passers-by to conviviality from breakfast to after dinner.
