Bruno Gaudin and Virginie Brégal Architectes Renovation of Richelieu Site in Paris

The renovation work on the Quadrilatère Richelieu, home to the Bibliotèque Nationale de France, is due to be completed in 2020, creating a precious treasure chest containing a pole of excellence for history and the arts in central Paris. The French authorities inaugurated the halls constituting the first part of the renovation project in January.

The new headquarters of Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli, a long glass building on Viale Pasubio in Milan, opened on December 13 2016. Herzog & De Meuron’s project, though privately commissioned, is a simple yet surprising project of great value to the city.

Italian Pavilion Architecture Exhibition, Biennale Venezia 2016

The 15th International Architecture Exhibition at Biennale di Venezia is coming to a close, but the “taking care” campaign in the Italian Pavilion presented by TAMassociati continues in Italy’s suburbs. Two of the five mobile units in the "suburbs in action" project are now being completed, while the crowdfunding campaign for the others continues.

Vector Architects and the Seashore Library on the beach in China
