Rua 141 & Zalc Arquitetura design Casa NK, a family refuge on the São Paulo coast

Architectural studios Rua 141 and Zalc Arquitetura designed a family refuge in Guarujá, on the coast near São Paulo, Brazil. Casa NK is a construction featuring simple geometric shapes in which all parts are perfectly balanced and harmonised, and the architects maximise natural lighting and ventilation and allow nature to become a part of the home interior.

CR2 Arquitetura Jacupiranga House, San Paolo, Brazil

CR2 Arquitetura, the studio founded by architects Cecilia Reichstul and Clara Reynaldo, planned the architectural and interior restyling of a big house constructed in the 1960s in one of the most luxurious neighbourhoods in San Paolo, Brazil. With only minimal work, the architects transformed a home that appeared cramped and neglected with brightly lit, open spaces, even expanding the garden.

KAAN Architecten two campuses for Anhembi Morumbi University in Brazil

The new buildings designed by KAAN Architecten for Anhembi Morumbi University have enabled the institution to expand its offering with new degree courses. In 2017 the Dutch architectural practice opened a second office in São Paolo, Brazil, following on closely from projects carried out in South America.
