The Quayside is a mixed-use development in the heart of Kowloon East, Hong Kong’s CBD2. CL3 Architects created the interior design with a sustainable vision that extends to social aspects and has resulted in a real green oasis with LEED Platinum certification.

InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City designed by Moshe Safdie with interiors by CL3
The metropolis of Chongqing in southwest China has a new landmark, Chongqing Raffles City, an urban complex that sits on the Yangtze River in Chaotianmen Square. The architecture was designed by Moshe Safdie, and the Chinese studio CL3 Architects were responsible for the interior design. The recently opened InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City hotel is a standout tenant of the complex.

H Code, building for urban renewal, CL3
The founder of CL3 Architects Limited, William Lim and the studio’s head of design, Clinton Tsoi completed the H Code project in Hong Kong. The multipurpose architecture is formed of a low-rise volume and a high-rise volume and aims to be a symbol of pondered, harmonious urban renewal.

CL3 and ZSD design the Banyan Tree in Anji, China
The town of Anji in China is home to the latest new resort opened by luxury ecology brand Banyan Tree, established in 1994 with reclamation of a polluted tin mine site. The project is a joint venture of Chinese architects in which ZSD designed the interiors while CL3 created common spaces in partnership with the Banyan Tree design department.
