Brooks + Scarpa The Rose Apartments in Los Angeles

The Brooks + Scarpa architectural firm has created the project for an affordable apartment building, consisting of 35 housing units intended for transitional-aged youths. The architects have created a complex that develops around an elevated courtyard, inspired by and offering a new interpretation of this important architectural element.

Brooks + Scarpa Collaboratory Building for the UF College of Design, Construction and Planning

Construction work has recently begun on the new building designed by the Brooks + Scarpa architecture firm for the University of Florida's College of Design, Construction and Planning. The new Bruno E. and Maritza F. Ramos Collaboratory Building will expand the existing college by fifty thousand square metres, a $32 million structure that is expected to be completed by 2025.

Brooks + Scarpa designs Magnolia Hill Apartments in Los Angeles

In Los Angeles, the Brooks + Scarpa architecture studio led by architects Angela Brooks and Lawrence Scarpa, intervened on the site of a former gas station to transform it into a new building. Magnolia Hill is a complex consisting of 19 apartments distributed in the three upper floors and a ground floor offering retail space.
