Bevara creates furniture from post-industrial waste

Bevara Design House is a San Francisco-based company committed to responsible, practical and lasting design and ensures that all the furniture it produces is made from sustainable materials. These include FSC-certified wood, natural fiber-reinforced concrete and, in the case of its new SCRAP Collection, post-industrial waste from a factory that manufactures tractor and NASCAR parts.

The SCRAP Collection consists of tables and benches made by bending and laser-cutting scrap metal sheets to create simple, elegant designs. The tables are then topped with glass, wood or natural fiber-reinforced concrete and finished with a powder coating.
Other eco-friendly collections by Bevara include SLATT, STEEL, SLAB, FUZE and SPICE. We are excited to see what this creative group will turn out next!
