Of the 149 projects presented for the prize, the panel of judges including Adolfo Natalini (Italy), Tom Vack (USA) and Axel Simon (Switzerland) shortlisted four buildings in each of seven categories: public, housing, office & industry, tourism, open spaces, interior and renovation.
The public will be able to choose one favourite from this list of 28 projects. In addition to the prize awarded by the public, the judges will proclaim one winner in each category. The results will be announced on November 21 at the Architecture Festival in the Haydn Auditorium in Bolzano.
