EQUIPO 01’s ephemeral sustainable space

Spanish studio EQUIPO 01’s pavilion for the international tourism trade fair FIRTUR, held in Madrid, is inspired by the valuable architectural and cultural heritage represented by Spain’s Paradores Nacionales hotels. The entirely recyclable stand aiming to achieve zero carbon emissions has been presented with an award for sustainability.

Lookout by henkai architekti with ZAHRADA-PARK-KRAJINA

An architectural project on an abandoned hill in an old sandstone quarry enriches the experience of visitors to the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area. The project by Czech studio henkai architekti with ZAHRADA-PARK-KRAJINA provides new paths and three little architectural structures as lookouts for contemplating the landscape.

Francesca Perani’s urban refuge: creativity with a reduced environmental footprint

Italian architect Francesca Perani, in the province of Bergamo, planned the conversion of a porch into a 25 square-metre tiny house making bold use of colours and materials. All infused with the clients’ intercultural identity in a fun but practical construction.
