In the seventies, Fondazione Iris drew the public’s attention to the issue of pollution with an unprecedented revolutionary artistic action under the name Pollution. 46 years later, architect Mario Cucinella and the young people from the SOS School of Sustainability are organising a new initiative, Pollution 2018, once again supported by the Iris Ceramica Group.
September 24 through 28 Bologna hosts Cersaie, the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings. Numerous international guests and related events will accompany the 36th edition of the fair, including Pollution, an Iris Ceramica Group initiative organised in partnership with architect Mario Cucinella.
FICo, the world’s largest agri-food park, will host the awards ceremony of the seventh edition of Next Landmark, the contest promoted by the Floornature.com architecture and design portal, published by the Iris Ceramica Group. The event will take place on 27th September in the park amphitheatre.
The architects from Urbánika and Roland Baldi were presented with their prizes in the amphitheatre of FICo, the “world’s biggest agri-food park”, for the seventh edition of the Next Landmark contest, promoted by the Iris Ceramica Group’s architecture and design portal Floornature.com.
At the 36th Cersaie International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings, Iris Ceramica Group CEO Federica Minozzi met with the press to discuss the new products presented by the Group’s brands and other news from the group of companies.
Floornature interviewed Giacomo della Villa, who has designed advanced sports rehabilitation facilities for Isokinetic in a number of cities in Italy and in London. Della Villa designed the interiors of the Isokinetic centres using the Iris Ceramica Group’s high-tech ceramic surfaces.
