Coy Yiontis Architects’ House 3: A Victorian cottage with a Nordic annex.

The briefing for an extension on a Victorian cottage required a swimming pool, plenty of common areas and a bedroom for each of the eight members of the family. Coy Yiontis Architects decided to restore the cottage and construct a new building in a different style next door to it.
