D525 Barcelona is an office building located in Barcelona, the result of the conversion of a condominium dating back to the 1970s. The project was designed by Sanzpont Arquitectura, with the aim of reducing the environmental impact of the architectural gesture thanks to a sustainable renovation of the existing structure.

Meet Point Cumbres, a sustainable mall in Cancun by Sanzpont Arquitectura

The architecture studio Sanzpont designed the Meet Point Cumbres shopping centre in Cancun, Mexico, located between the airport and the city centre. The complex is a response to the neighbourhood’s steady growth and includes a wide range of services for its users, including shopping and office areas as well as an important urban corridor.
