Cino Zucchi Architetti and RGAstudio - Bistrot Lavazza in Turin

One year later, we return to the Nuvola Lavazza, the project in Turin’s Aurora district that transformed the site of a former power plant into the modern new headquarters of the famous Italian coffee company. Here, we look at one of the projects that, along with company offices and the Lavazza Museum, completes the offer for Lavazza associates: Bistrot, the new restaurant/café, a project created by Cino Zucchi Architetti and RGAstudio.

The fourth generation of entrepreneurs of a historic Italian brand, Lavazza, has put together a team of excellence in four different fields - architecture, food, scenic design and design - for the creation of the “Nuvola Lavazza”. Here the brand’s offices dialogue with spaces open to the public, including a gourmet restaurant, an interactive museum dedicated to the 120 years of history of the company and the headquarters of the Institute of Applied Art and Design (IAAD).
