MAB Arquitectura: Regeneration and Participation in the New Reggiolo Parish Centre

The project for reconstruction of the Reggiolo Parish Centre by MAB Arquitectura is a perfect example of how architecture can rebuild and revitalise an entire community, after a disastrous natural event such as the major earthquake that struck the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna in 2012. The project recently received the regional IN/Arch 2023 award.

Mario Cucinella School of Dance in Reggiolo

The new school of dance in Reggiolo opened on February 25. Designed by MC A, Mario Cucinella Architects, it replaced a school of dance that was damaged in the 2012 earthquake with a new studio inspired by wicker baskets, drawing attention to local craft traditions
