House k is a housing experiment by architect Yoshichika Takagi in the city of Sapporo. The architect combines the archetypical home with a pitched roof with the archetype of the village, a set of homes which share certain features, and attempts to recreate the atmosphere of harmonious proportions characteristic of small villages and hamlets in a single home.
