Liknon, the architecture celebrating the local area and landscape of Samos

The K-Studio Design Team has created an extraordinary project on the island of Samos, in Greece. Located in a 100 year old vineyard, Liknon blends the roots, history and sweet muscat wine produced by the Metaxa brand with the territory and the distinctive landscape of the Greek island to which it belongs. Rather than a building, the architects designed a path that blends into the landscape, allowing visitors to discover the habitat of the vineyard and the history of the brand.

Cometa Architects: Rocksplit, house on the island of Kea in the Cyclades

Cometa Architects has come up with a new version of traditional Greek construction and stone cladding technologies in the Rocksplit home. This house on the island of Kea, designed by Cometa Architects in the archipelago of the Cyclades, seems to be born out of the land it stands on.
