In 1923, a young Ponti was tasked with kickstarting the Richard-Ginori ceramics and porcelain factory. In the space of just a few years, the architect changed the course of the company and gave Italian-made ceramics a whole new direction. As evidenced by the one hundred rare, never-before-seen pieces on display at MIDeC in Laveno-Mombello.
