The Odéon Tower, the tallest skyscraper in the Principality of Monaco, and one of the tallest skyscrapers in Europe, is a residential double tower with a glass façade. Designed by architect Alexandre Giraldi, the 170-metre tall building is an imposing presence visible from the promenade of the Principality.

Alexandre Giraldi Odéon Tower Principality of Monaco

With a height of 170 meters, the Odéon Tower is the tallest skyscraper in the Principality of Monaco, and one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe. Composed of two asymmetrical towers, entirely covered by glass and mainly used for residential purposes, the skyscraper is an imposing presence visible from the promenade of the Principality. Inside the Tower are more than 60 flats of different sizes, including penthouses boasting amazing views, and the Sky Penthouse, complete with terrace and deck-level swimming pool. The Odéon Tower is considered one of the most luxurious buildings in the world.

The architectural project was created by monégasque architect Alexandre Giraldi, while internal architect Alberto Pinto was entrusted with the design of the entire complex (flats, spa, etc.).
In actual fact, the first floors of the Odéon Tower house businesses and administrative offices, while on the upper floors several flats can be found, provided with communal services, such as a gym, a spa, and a restaurant.
The project used technologies aimed at using renewable energy, integrated into the facilities and design solutions. The cooling and heating system, for instance, uses geothermal energy; this solution was adopted because of the height of the skyscraper, the need to make it anti-seismic, and the conformation of the ground, which made very deep foundations critical.
