Bogdan Slavica - Dukley Gardens, Budva Montenegro

The Dukley Gardens housing development on Zavala peninsula in Budva, Montenegro includes 36 villas featuring different residential designs in a luxuriant Mediterranean setting, in which architecture blends in with the natural landscape using high-tech solutions which nonetheless respect the tradition local building style.
A sense of harmony pervades the interior design by architect Bogdan Slavica, who manages to make every one of the more than 200 homes in Dukley Gardens different, giving each unit a bold identity of its own.

Bogdan Slavica chose Fiandre wall and floor coverings for the bathrooms, kitchens, stairs and walls in the homes. The vast range of Marmi Maximum 300x150 collections with a polished finish, polished Extreme 150x75 and Precious Stones allowed the architect to characterise and differentiate each home in the complex.
Use of large porcelain floor and wall tiles helps underline the natural brightness pervading the spaces and meets the requirements of an interior design project based on simple lines and sober furnishings, in which space is the star of the show.
