Cardete Huet planned the renovation of Toulouse stadium to meet the standards required for the UEFA EURO 2016 European football championships. Only four of the ten stadiums where the playoffs and the finals of the championship due to start on June 10 were newly built for the occasion.

Toulouse municipal stadium was built in 1936 to plans by architect Montauriol, and its arena shape has earned it the nickname "Little Wembley". In the renovation project, the architects of Cardete Huet preserved the stadium’s historical identity. The work involved demolition and reconstruction of the stands in the low crown to ensure that the seats have the view and comfort required by UEFA standards. In addition to sporting events, the stadium will be able to host shows and concerts, for it will be ready for installation of a 30x60 metre stage on the eastern side of the playing field.
Cardete Huet also planned the renovation of Bollaert-Delelis stadium in Lens.
