Tourism, Hotels and accommodations ' the best of the week

Hotels, accommodations and tourist facilities: here's a look at architecture and interior design projects presented recently in Floornature, a list to refer to when planning your holidays!
We start in the deep south of the world, with Tierra Patagonia Hotel or Hotel del Viento, designed in Chile by architect Cazú Zegers. Also in Patagonia, Hotel Awasi Patagonia in Chile's Torres del Paine National Park, presented in livegreenblog with beautiful photographs by Fernando Alda.
2112 metres above sea level in the Swiss Alps, Actescollectifs transformed an abandoned cable car station into a hotel which is only accessible on foot, the Chetzeron Hotel.

Also in Europe, Sofia's Sense Hotel designed by Lazzarini Pickering changes the configuration of its façade on the basis of its guests' desires.
In Italy, for Expo Milano 2015 l'Hotel Excelsior Gallia came up with a new functional design planned by architect Marco Piva, who created “a Place“ linked with the city's areas of excellence (architecture, design, lifestyles and fashion), setting an example of style and elegance. A 17th century monastery in Gubbio was converted into a modern hotel with a wellness centre & spa featuring designer furnishings by the Maletti Group. And, finally, surfaces made of porcelain, a key material for wellness centres and accommodations.
