The next episode of The Architects Series will be presented in London on Thursday 19th May at 7pm.
The 23nd appointment of “The Architects Series - A documentary on: UNStudio”, curated by The Plan magazine for Iris Ceramica Group, will take place on Thursday 19th May at 7pm.
Having registered on the Iris Ceramica Group digital platform, interested users can watch a video-documentary lasting 30 minutes and the following lecture held by Ben van Berkel, Founder and Principal Architect UNStudio. The webinar will be streamed live from the Iris Ceramica Group Flagship Store in London.
During the lecture entitled “Value Design - The Expansion of the Profession”, Ben van Berkel will illustrate the history of UNStudio, the firm established in 1988 by Ben van Berkel and Caroline Bos, which name is short for United Network Studio reflecting its collaborative nature. The multidisciplinary team of the firm has developed a highly flexible approach that involves the collaboration with numerous specialists in related fields in order to produce projects that address future challenges, making our lives healthier in a sustainable way.
