Italian Pavilion Architecture Exhibition, Biennale Venezia 2016

The 15th International Architecture Exhibition at Biennale di Venezia is coming to a close, but the “taking care” campaign in the Italian Pavilion presented by TAMassociati continues in Italy’s suburbs. Two of the five mobile units in the "suburbs in action" project are now being completed, while the crowdfunding campaign for the others continues.

Raul Pantaleo’s book La Sporca Bellezza published by elèuthera

Raul Pantaleo, whom Erri De Luca describes as Emergency’s master builder, tells the story of buildings constructed and under construction in places in the southern hemisphere where war, poverty and illness seem to have destroyed everything, even hope, demonstrating that scandalously beautiful architecture can become part of the cure and point the way to a better future.

ARCò Italian Pavilion 2016 Biennale di Venezia

ARCò is one of the architectural studios that worked with TAMassociati on the Italian Pavilion for the 2016 Biennale di Venezia. The cooperative collaborated with Legambiente on the design of a U.M.A. - Unità di monitoraggio ambientale or Environmental Monitoring Unit.

Taking Care TAMassociati Italian Pavilion Architecture Biennale

April 4 saw the unveiling of the plan for the Italian Pavilion for the 15th International Architecture Show at the Biennale in Venice. "TAKING CARE, Progettare per il bene comune/Designing for the common good" is the title chosen by the team of curators, consisting of Massimo Lepore, Raul Pantaleo, and Simone Sfriso of TAMassociati.

Quattro passi, Villorba, TAMassociati's ecological district

TAMassociati, the team that will curate the Italian pavilion at thge next Architecture Biennale in Venice, designed the Quattro passi ecological district in Villorba (Treviso, Italy). TAMassociati has designed a co-housing project inspired by the landscape and building traditions of the Veneto.
