Elisa Valero wins the sixth edition of the Swiss Architectural Award

Spanish architect Elisa Valero is the first woman to win the Swiss Architectural Award, on the occasion of the sixth edition of the biennial prize sponsored by the Swiss Architectural Foundation. In its previous editions, the prize was won by architects Junya Ishigami, José María Sánchez García, Studio Mumbai, Diébédo Francis Kéré and Solano Benítez.

C.F. Møller Architects’ Copenhagen International School Nordhavn is the school of the future. Photovoltaic panels on the roof supply more than half of the school’s electricity.
