D525 Barcelona is an office building located in Barcelona, the result of the conversion of a condominium dating back to the 1970s. The project was designed by Sanzpont Arquitectura, with the aim of reducing the environmental impact of the architectural gesture thanks to a sustainable renovation of the existing structure.

Duoyun bookstore in Taizhou designed by Wutopia Lab

Chinese architecture firm Wutopia Lab has designed a new library on the banks of the Yongning River in the typical water city of Taizhou. A project that starts from the transformation of a complex of disused buildings which, thanks to a white aluminium cladding has become a point of attraction in the local urban context.

Atelier YokYok designs Station Nuage in Saint Sébastien sur Loire

The French studio Atelier YokYok, whose work represents a synthesis between art and architecture, has created the project to convert an old stable into a new restaurant in Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire. Located on the île Forget, the renovated building, characterised by a striking blue colour and an iconic white canopy, enriches the visitor experience in the town’s fluvial area.

A long history: ORA Architects’ Kocanda Kravsko

Czech studio ORA Architects has completed the first stage in conversion of a former ceramic factory in Moravia into a venue for social events and farm holidays, with refurbishment of the Baroque building in the centre of the complex, which was originally built as a coach inn on the road between Prague and Vienna.
