"La Parsimonia dell'Acqua" travelling exhibition

"La Parsimonia dell'Acqua", "The Parsimony of Water", is a travelling exhibition eloquently demonstrating how art can represent the most urgent issues in today’s world. Curated by Cintya Concari and Roberto Marcatti of the non-profit association H2O Milano, and organised in partnership with Bottega Branca, the exhibition uses the art of ceramics as the ideal medium for representing a precious, vital resource: water.

“A tavola con Gio Ponti” exhibition, ALCA Museum, Maglie

The ALCA Museum in Maglie, Lecce, is currently hosting an exhibition entitled “A tavola con Gio Ponti. Gli angeli apparecchiano”, dedicated to Gio Ponti's vision of a laid table. The shapes, patterns and colors of the objects designed by the famous Italian architect are distributed around the spaces of the Maglie Museum of Paleontology, creating a dialogue and interacting with the prehistoric finds exhibited. The exhibition is stage and curated by Cintya Concari and Roberto Marcatti of RMA STUDIO in Milan, and co-curated by Salvatore Licitra of the Gio Ponti Archives.

Innovative Active Surfaces for the panoramic rooftop of Lecce’s Palazzo delle Poste

MR Investments of Campobasso has conducted a painstaking restoration and redevelopment project on the façades of Lecce’s Palazzo delle Poste, the post office building constructed in the city’s historic centre beginning in 1922, now converted into a residential building. For the pavement of the panoramic rooftop terrace, complete with swimming pool, MR Investments chose the Iris Ceramica Group’s anti-bacterial, antiviral, anti-pollution and self-cleaning ceramic surfaces, from the Porcelaingres Loft collection, offering the perfect combination of stone and concrete.
