Virtual visit of the "Zaha Hadid Architects: Vertical Urbanism" exhibition at the HKDI Gallery in Hong Kong
Until April 3, 2022 it is possible to visit the "Zaha Hadid Architects: Vertical Urbanism" exhibition online, at the HKDI Gallery in Hong Kong. The initiative is part of the popular digital exhibition programme dedicated to contemporary design undertaken by the gallery, enabling a wider audience to discover the innovative projects created by the Zaha Hadid Architects studio, narrated through technical drawings, models, videos and virtual reality experiences.

A Space Saga exhibition at the Danish Architecture Centre
An exhibition at DAC, the Danish Architecture Centre, looks at how we could not only survive but thrive in space. SAGA Space Architects conducted a test with their LUNARK project for almost 100 days in Greenland, an experiment they conducted in first person to see whether their model could effectively be used in actual practice. That model is now on view at DAC.

WilkinsonEyre at The Architects Series
“The Architects Series - A documentary on: WilkinsonEyre”, the 21st episode in the series presented by THE PLAN magazine for the Iris Ceramica Group, will be live streamed from the Iris Ceramica Group’s London Flagship Store on February 10. The screening of the documentary film about WilkinsonEyre’s projects and work will be followed by a lecture by architect Jim Eyre, co-founder of the studio. The documentary also offers an opportunity to remember the late architect Chris Wilkinson.

The finalists of the Mies van der Rohe Award 2022
On January 17 the jury of the Mies van der Rohe Award 2022, chaired by architect Tatiana Bilbao, announced the projects selected for the European Union's Biennial Contemporary Architecture Award. A total of 40 works, considered representative of current European architectural trends, with particular attention to the themes of sustainability and circularity, social inclusion and aesthetic research.

The winners of the AIA New York Design Awards 2022
AIA New York has announced the winners of the 2022 Design Awards. Divided into four categories – Architecture, Interior, Projects and Urban Design – and selected by an independent jury, the 25 winners are projects carried out in the city of New York or in other parts of the world by New York-based architects. The local AIA New York chapter, in fact, is the oldest and largest section of the American Institute of Architects. Founded in 1857, it includes 5500 practicing architects, associated professionals, students and public members dedicated to architecture and design.

Ceramics: Neverending Artworks exhibition at the Iris Ceramica Group’s flagship store in Milan

SEEING STARS: see the stars thanks to Studio Roosegaarde
The latest project by Daan Roosegaarde, founder of the Dutch studio with the same name, was developed in collaboration with Unesco Netherlands in the city of Franeker, in the province of Frisonia. It is not an architecture to be protected, but a poetic experience which, today, fewer and fewer people can benefit from: seeing the stars.
