Brenac & Gonzalez & Associés and MOA Architecture each designed a residential tower containing apartments with little offices in the heart of the 18th arrondissement of Paris, as part of La Chapelle International urban development project.

Brenac & Gonzalez & Associés, La Plaine Saint Denis High-School

The project by studio Brenac & Gonzalez & Associés, in the southern part of Saint Denis and, specifically, in the Montjoie urban development zone, represented a double challenge for the studio. Indeed, it was both an urban and an architectural challenge, due to its size and to the programme carried out, that combines a high school and a student boarding house.

Brenac + Gonzales: vocational training centre in Gennevilliers

A northern suburb of Paris, the town of Gennevilliers has opened the doors of an important social project. Architecture practice, Brenac + Gonzales designed a vocational training centre that is an urban landmark, where there is a pressing need for territorial and cultural points of reference. Two buildings with a strong material connotation house the wings where local tradecrafts are taught.
